Downgrade from the original; too stiff
I wanted to like these, but the sole is too stiff and thick. It doesn't flex when you walk, so it's uncomfortable. I brought these on a vacation and literally left them in the hotel as I couldn't wear them anymore.

Awesome shoe; size down
Awesome shoe. Exceeded my expectations. Very solidly built and can dress up or down. Comfortable out of the box. I had to size down (I'm 12D in AE loafers but was an 11 in these).

My 3rd pair of Allen Edmond Shoes. I have worn a size 13 in every shoe i've owned for the last 5 years. Had to go down a size for these to a 12. Ordered wide [EEE] and I would say they still feel too narrow. No ones foot is actually shaped with your toes coming to a point in the middle like an alien. Toe is to very pointed. They look great. I took the soles out and they actually fit a little better.
