Extremely disappointed having to drive for nearly an hour only to pick up shoes nothing like the first pair I received that needed to be a width size smaller. The color was completely off and the leather looked much cheaper compared to the original order. AE needs to get with it with quality control if they want to remain in business. It’s clear that the cutting corners strategy isn’t working. Disappointing is an understatement.
