Great Dress Boots

These are the most comfortable and stylish boots I own, the leather is so soft and supple right out of the box, the fit was spot on, maybe a touch on the narrow side but other very true to size, there is absolutely no break in period at all with these boot! The quality is second to none.

Poor design

These boots were initially one of my favorites of the several pairs of Dalton's I own. However the weatherproof status seems to mean that it's very hard to get the interior dry. I treated them the same way I do my others Allen Edmond shoes and boots however even using shoe trees and alternating days of ware these shoes still developed mold on the inside. This is a problem I have not had with any other shoes and am very disappointed in this product.

Great boots!

Good looking and comfortable boots that you can wear in the rain. A bit narrow at the toe, but hope it will stretch in a bit. Looks good with a suit or with jeans and a nice shirt!

Best fit of any AE shoes

Very good fit. I have an issue with the right foot slipping with regular lace-up AE dress shoes (McAllisters and others from that last), but the Dalton is a perfect fit in every way. Comfortable and supportive.
