Hot sleeper
I’m a hot sleeper. Originally I got their down duvets insert after trying Brooklyn‘s down duvet insert, but they both overheated me. I decided to go for it and try the down alternative. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I’ve gotten the best nights of sleep of my life. I’m in Utah so it can get pretty cold, but I’d still recommend the lightweight version. It keeps you warm without overheating you. (Plus, it’s nice that you can wash it).

Way way too hot. I now wake up so sweaty it’s like a ran a marathon. I’m my sleep has never been worse. I seriously cannot use this. So disappointed. I used a similar duvet before this without this issue. This is with fan on. Do not buy!
