We would be happy to assist you further. To properly clean your cookware, after it has completely cooled, rinse off any excess food with warm water. Then, soak your pan in warm, soapy water, and wash it with a sponge or soft dishcloth. You may use a nylon scouring pad for more difficult cleaning. Rinse your pan and dry it immediately. Some stains and food remnants may take more care to remove. To easily remove stains, we recommend using a nonabrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, such as All-Clad cookware cleaner, Bar Keeper's Friend, or Bon Ami on the stainless surface only. When using these cleaners, rinse your pan with warm water. Then, form a paste with the cookware cleanser and a small amount of water and form a paste. Apply the paste using a soft cloth or sponge, rubbing in a circular motion from the center outwards. Finally, rinse with warm water and dry immediately.
