Hard to clean
It's very hard to clean it! It made perfect waffles but behind the tray the slot is hard to clean.

Doesn’t brown like the older model I had.
I had a a 2014 model of this waffle iron. It browned the waffles fabulous. I purchased a new one in October, 2022 and even on the highest setting of 7 it doesn’t brown. Not sure if it’s defective or normal for this waffle maker.

Best waffle iron ever!
I bought this a couple months ago and so glad I did. It’s the perfect size for 2. The waffle part is nice and deep and it has a removable excess batter catcher which easily fits into the back of the iron and easily removes for easy cleaning. The iron itself is easy to wipe down and clean. Then stores easily.

When only a great waffle will do!
After tons of review to figure out what waffle maker I wanted to replace a dead one, I splurged and went for the All Clad--hoping it will supply a lifetime of deliciousness.
