[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is the absolute best. I have been making brownies all weekend not one time did they stick burn not quite done in the middle...perfect thru and thru crispy edges. My son dubbed the brownies the bestest brownies ever! I must agree we used store bought in a pinch so we went thru a couple different kinds just to make sure...same results each time. Pan never got too hot and very easy to clean.
