Extremely happy and pleased with my PC8 pressure cooker purchase!
So happy I decided to buy the PC8 pressure cooker. I read all the reviews and have to wonder about the negative ones after receiving and using this amazing and easy to use stovetop pressure cooker. I didn't want anything electric and non-stainless steel. This pressure cooker is much easier to cook with than the pressure cooker my Mom used when I was growing up. I absolutely love it and love how cooking with it doesn't heat up my kitchen or me and turns out delicious and gourmet food rapidly and easily. The beeping alerts definitely loud enough to be plainly heard (mentioning as one review stated the beeping was very low). I will recommend the PC8 to everyone I know who is looking for a new pressure cooker or to start pressure cooking. I wish I'd made this purchase long ago. Already had high trust in All-Clad as I have mostly All-Clad pots and pans. Also, found some tips on how to properly warm and cook with my All-Clad frying pans on the website, which will have me breaking those pans back out in lieu of the non-stick pans I have been using more often. Proper pots and pans are a great investment and last forever. I also always prefer buying from American companies who sell their own made in USA or made in Europe products, quality and longevity is important. Purchasing from a reliable, reputable brand which is a solid contributor to one's own country and people should always be a priority.

Game changer
I’d given up on stovetop pressure cookers, and the InstantPot is convenient, but limited. Great for hard boiled eggs and and some dishes, but beef bourguignon? No. The All Clad pressure cooker shines at this. And once you master a few technical details, it’s a breeze.
Two wish list requests: a better instruction manual, and a lid for the pot. Otherwise, perfect.
