What a perfect pot!
I love the All Clad 8 quart stock pot. I've recently used it to reduce a gallon of cider to a syrup to add to my apple pie for turbo charged apple flavor. The wide bottomed, heavy pot enabled me to do this much more quickly than I had been able to do with my old pot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Does NOT work with induction
We have several other D3 pots and pans that we love, but the first time we've tried using the 12 qt it did not even get warm. We did the magnet test after, and while it will stick to the sides it absolutely will not sick to the bottom. Now we have a very expensive stock pot that we cannot use
