What it does: The single-ply polished stainless steel construction is paired with a bonded base to resist warping.
Additional features: The 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface is highly polished for stick-resistance and is also nonreactive, preserving food's natural flavors. Stainless steel handles are permanently secured with stainless steel rivets.

So disappointed - I have been trying to buy this set for the last SEVERAL months and its ALWAYS out of stock along with several other set. How are you supposed to purchase your products if they are out of stock for months and months on end?

We learned the value of All-Clad Quality in our second home.
Top shelf quality. The only drawback was not being able to add a 1.5 Qt sauce pan which was out-of-stock, and smaller fry pan ... both in stainless which my wife prefers.

Excellent as every AllClad products. I gave one to my daughter a year and a half ago and couldn’t resist buying one for us even though we have everything. Good size for 2-4 people. It works not only for pasta but to make stock, steam vegetables, dumplings. Cleans easily even in the dishwasher with no stains.
Today I am buying one for my son too.
