What it does: The eyeshadow palette features eight powder eyeshadow shades formulated to glide on in one smooth stroke. The silky texture blends smoothly across lids for seamless applicatoin. The rich buildable color provides up to 12 hours of wear.
How to use: Use brush-tip side of applicator to sweep one shade across entire lid, lashine to brow bone. Use sponge-tip side for more intense application. Layer and blend color into the crease and/or along lashlines.

Strong, Vibrant Colors
I was looking forward to having a selection of nude colors to complement the Nude Honey lip color and lip and cheek gloss. My complexion is too fair, and my hair too silver, to use the colors in this octet, and I am disappointed. This may work for night and for persons with darker hair and coloring.

Perfect
The Black Honey set has become my absolute go-to collection of shadows. It's crazy versatile. I use it all the time for low-key looks, more polished looks for client meetings, all the way to evening. Every single shade goes on beautifully and wears well. I also love that you get 8 shades in a slim compact and it travels so incredibly easily. 10/10.

Pretty color story
I purchased the A Pink Honey Affair palette, and it is perfect for creating a natural, day-time look. The colors are mostly shimmers, as the only matte is the deep brown shade. I deducted a star because the shades aren't very pigmented, and need to be built up during application to achieve the desired effect.

Almost as described
The colors seem to be pretty true to the photos on the site except the lighter browns are still pretty dark. Would like a lighter matte brown shade included. Would order the pink palette instead for a daytime look. Because they're not specified on the site, here are the shades as listed on the back: Jute brown Light shade from strawberry fudge duo Dark shade from strawberry fudge duo Dark shade from day into date duo Sahara Sun Chocolate covered cherry Dark shade from ivory bisque/bronze satin duo Lightest shade from teddy bear quad Additionally, the brush included wasn't as described: sponges both ends and no brush.

Neutral shades for all skin tones
