straps are too far to the sides
Unfortunately I received a dress that has clearly been worn before. Disappointed Nordstrom would resell this. It is beautiful and very nicely made but the straps are so far to the sides there is no way they would stay on my shoulders for very long.

problematic zipper
I really, really wanted to love this dress. The fit is great but the zipper always gets stuck at the seam. The sales associate helped me zip it up but it was a lot of work, even with enough room in the dress. The zipper won’t go smoothly over the darn seam. I had to let the dress go as it will be problematic as I won’t have anyone to help me dress for the event.
