Very fun Blouse!
Love this top. Very fun, and has the ability to go with a lot of different looks. Beautiful.. One note of caution - it is cropped in its length. If you don't want skin to show, will either need to wear it with high waisted pants or skirt, or some type of cami underneath.

Adorable tie neck top
