Please improve quality control-we expect better
Blouse has makeup on it and is missing the back string that holds the back together. Unfortunately , this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the quality of recent purchases. I’ve always trusted Nordstrom for well-made items, but the last few orders have been second hand clothes that are poorly inspected when sent us to customers.
