Dylan High Waist Faux Leather Wide Leg Pants

I see the few (3) but consistent 5-star reviews, so I've got hopes up on this order. It arrives, and I love the soft material. Once they're on, though, I'm dismayed at the fit. There's severe bunching at the crotch. Turn around, and it's just as comical. My butt isn't particularly full, yet this design lacks enough material towards the top of the rear that what butt I do have is visibly flattened to the point I can feel the slight sense of pressure from the strain, which further detracts from any sense of roundness and just makes my butt look pointed. I already ordered the white one, so fingers crossed on that, but given that they share the same Dylan design name, I doubt I'll have better luck, especially as I've now tried two Dylan pants with the same fit issue, only this pair bunched even worse than my in-store attempt. The material's lovely though and the overall concept with its slimming flat panels and visually-lengthening high waistline and vertical seams would otherwise be a flattering design, so it's a great addition to your wardrobe if it happens to flatter your frame.
