This coat is absolutely stunning with beautiful craftsmanship. The wool is sourced from Loro Piana (there’s a tag sewn into the inside of the coat) who has the utmost fabric quality. Quiet luxury, if you know, you know. I was able to get the Vicuña color on sale and at that price point has such incredible value. I’m 5’2” 110 lbs & the Size 2 fit perfectly!

Misaligned buttons
It’s unbelievable that a $600 coat would be so poorly made that the buttons aren’t even straight, yet here we are. Very disappointing and I will be returning.

Beautiful Italian wool in a classic style
Only took 1 star off because the sleeves are way too long. First time having this issue with a coat. Tailor shortening them as I type. Photo looks like they bunched the sleeves up so they would appear to end above the knuckles instead of below them. Otherwise, a beautiful jacket. The 100% Italian wool is gorgeous. Please visit a Nordstrom and see it for yourself. Peacoats like this are classic and will never go out of style. So nice to find a lovely winter jacket like this instead of the ugly parkas and down jackets that seem to be omnipresent. If, like me, you wear sweaters all winter long anyway, you'll be warm enough in this jacket and look good at the same time.

Meh-Meh, Melton?
This is not as warm as I thought it would be, for an all-wool peacoat at its price point. I bought an older version by Fleurette that was not petite for about $300 less at Nordstrom Rack, but returned it because it ballooned out at the bottom in an A-line and was too long. That wool was much softer and warmer. The petites they made, or brought back in, are a more cheaply made version at a higher price. The buttons even came loose after a try-on at home one day following my purchase of the coat. They repaired it for me, but that’s what using cheap factories does. The coat is passable, but I’m disappointed, and I will not be shopping for any more Fleurette all-wool coats. This one is not superior wool. It’s too cold to wear it now, anyway, but when I do, I can’t say that I enjoy wearing it that much. It feels like an acrylic blend, regardless of the label content listed. Maybe it’s a melton wool. I don’t really like it. I guess I will have to spend over $1,000 for the kind of wool coats I was used to, growing up.

Awkward fit for long-waisted petites
The sleeves fit well but the waist hits in the wrong place for a long-waisted petite person, so sending back. And older version of this Fleurette peacoat was made with Loro Piana wool, and while this is decent quality, it's not as thick or as luxe as the version I bought from Nordstrom years ago. For the price, it doesn't quite feel worth it even on sale.

The perfect jacket!
I’m 5’7”, 120 lbs., straight build—considered the 4 and the 6, but went with the 6, and it’s perfect! It’s beautifully made, fits over heavy sweaters and still doesn’t look bulky. The style is so classic that women of all ages ask me where they can find it. The price is high, but it’s SO much better than two or three “regular” buys—and it’s not a terrible fur magnet (I have dogs)!!

I’ve purchased a coat by this brand in the past maybe 7-8 years ago and remember then thinking the coat was really well made and really good quality. Not the case with this one….kind of disappointed in the texture of the material. For being 100% wool it doesn’t feel very thick. Almost feels like felt wool. I really like the style and color navy, however the one I received was smushed into a box and full of lint all over. Not the quality I was expecting especially at the price point of this coat. My coat from J.Crew this year was way better made wool than this one. This was on sale and even yet I’m debating whether to keep it. I found it to run small.
