Poorly designed and totally useless
Last year’s crossbody Phone Case Pouch was totally useless and poorly designed. For many decades I am a Cole Haan avid customer and pleased with your artistic style, quality leather, and technical advances but this style is HORRIBLE. FIRST, THE CREDIT CARDS don’t pull out of the tiny slots hurting fingers. More credit card slots starting fromBOTTOM OF PURSE not the top with access to cards almost impossible. Thank you
