Disgusting Merchandise
I’ve ordered from Nordstrom for years and recently I’ve received used and gross merchandise. This particular order - the shoes did not come in the original box and looked worn. Recently I ordered a dress and it smelled like body odor. Nordstrom should take more pride in the merchandise they are selling especially when they are charging hundreds of dollars. This never happens when I order from Bloomingdale’s, Neiman or Saks.
