I love the design and style of the purse; however, I believe it is overpriced for its size I noticed that the purse did not hold all my necessary items . When I picked it up in-store, I noticed that it was in a plastic bag and inside a box. It did not have the price tag hanging on it, although the employee confirmed that it was inside the purse. I’ve purchased several purses from Nordstrom in the past without any issues until now. Additionally, it did not come with an authentication card. I also found a small makeup stain inside the purse and a short blonde hair, which is concerning since I have long black hair. Since I received the item used, I have decided to return it.
