Alexander McQueen Lug boot
The boot is beautiful but I could not get my foot in even half way and I have a slender foot. There is definitely a problem with the way the boots were made. I seen that this was a problem on most reviews but still attempted since I thought maybe my foot was slender enough they would fit. Hopefully they will correct this flaw for the future boots.

Beautiful boot but oh my
So hard to get on and off! Design flaw? I sprained my back trying to get them off just before getting off a plane. Comical having my friends pull each boot off for me while on a girl’s trip. I still love them tho.

These boots are everything you’d expect, but more comfortable than I expected. Other reviewers mention the difficult on/off - that is true for the first few attempts, but after a few wears the shaft loosens up and while still snug, is far less stiff. For me these run TTS: was tempted to order up half a size but glad I did not. That said, I don’t think this bout would easily accommodate a wide foot. The look is equally fashion-forward with leggings and skirts. At the sale price these are a must-have.

Beautiful in green, hard to put on and take off
These boots are stunning. I purchased them in the green color in my usual US size 9. They are beautiful but very hard to put on and take off when barefoot. I recommend wearing a very thin sock to help your foot slip into the boot. Once on, the size 9 is roomy in the toe box and comfortable to wear. I hope in time the boots will be easier to put on and take off. I thought about returning them and I'm glad I am keeping them as they are so beautiful in the green color and cool looking. Cannot wait for fall and winter!
