Poor Leather Quality

Not as they appear online. It looked like I got a cheap knock-off version of this shoe rather than what's shown in the photo. The leather quality feels and looks cheap. It's very thin and crinkles up when you put the shoes on. Ordered online and returned before leaving the store.

Sent me the wrong shoes

I don’t have any comment on the quality or fit of these shoes because this is not what I received in the mail today. I ordered these shoes because I love the style and wanted a comfortable fit too. However, what was in the package was a less expensive pair of shoes in a box that was labeled as the Alexa. I’m very disappointed in Nordstrom and I’ve never experienced something like this before. I’ll be taking them back this weekend.

Great fit! Very Comfortable! Versatile Styling!

I ordered these shoes for an upcoming conference. While I have not worn them for a full day yet, at first trial, they are beautifully made and versatile. I’ll be able to wear these shoes with a suit, a dress, jeans, or even my formal attire. They were surprisingly comfortable given the heel height. I have almost completely given up on heels, but these were great. The sizing was true to size. I didn’t feel like I was wearing a frumpy orthodic. I plan to order another pair in another color!
