Glittery success!
This gown was purchased for the groom's mother to wear at a wedding. It was a big hit and even matched the groom's color. Family members liked the glittery look. It did not shed glitter at all! It also worked great for the groom's mother's dance. She received many compliments.

Not what I thought
I did not like the way the jacket hung over the top. It was so clingy. The sizes do run very large, so order down. color was muted as well.

Subtle but Elegant Dress
This dress is gorgeous! I ordered six different dresses to try on, (mother of the groom), and this one beat all the others out. It is very comfortable to wear, nice flow, and the jacket is a plus. I did have to reorder a size smaller than I normally would as it runs a size large. I would definitely recommend this dress to anyone who is looking for something that is gorgeous, makes you feel like a million, very dress, but does not upstage the bride, subtle but elegant

I tried several dresses before settling on this beauty. The long, lighter color sparkling jacket compliments the darker full length skirt on this mock two-piece gown. I had the hook at the top of the jacket moved to mid chest so I can wear an open neckline to display a necklace. I also had the jacket taken in and the shoulder pads replaced and the dress altered to be more fitted and the length taken up to ankle length so the feet are visible.

Beautiful Dress for a Formal Wedding
Looking for a dress for our granddaughters wedding. Really nice dress. The quality of the fabric is amazing. The detail in the jacket fabric adds a richness to the outfit. The slight difference in the color from top to bottom (eggplant top, rich grey bottom) adds a bit of interest. The dress runs large and long. I am 5'9 will need to have the dress hemmed.

Nice fit and pretty color
I liked the way the dress fit. It's one of the few that isn't snug below the bust. I'm large-busted so need something that flows instead of fits closely. However, I don't like the jacket, would prefer a loose chiffon one.
