Easy elegance
Most comfortable formal dress ever -- you can sit, dance, move freely. 14P perfect length for 5'3" plus 4" heels. Very flattering, the flowing lined chiffon skirt gives length and streamlines a shorter, thick-waisted figure. A perfect understated formal gown for a black-tie event.

Don’t buy
Not as pictured, sent it back same day , and still finding sequins on floor. Can’t imagine wearing it to a wedding!

Simple and well fitting
Recently I went on a BINGE dress buying spree for my son’s upcoming wedding. I tried over 20 dresses. (More than I tried on for my own wedding dress!) I ordered anything and everything from Nordstrom’s website that I might like and was available in my size. I used an extra bedroom as a fitting room and my poor daughter as my abused assistant. This allowed me to try many options without becoming overwhelmed. Let me comment and thank Nordstrom’s for their assistance and being absolutely wonderful about the whole ordeal. There were no problems, errors, or stress in buying and returning such a large number of items. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PERFECT during every step. This dress fit well and I felt okay about it as a possibility, but I heard a resounding NO from my spectator gallery. All five critics proclaimed it “an old lady dress” and boring.

Mother-of-the-Groom Sparkle
I ordered this dress for my son's winter wedding and couldn't be more pleased. I wear a 10 petite so my selection was limited and the bride's mom had already selected blue. This fit perfectly with 3/4 length sleeves and is a classic silhouette. The top has a bit of stretch with a subtle sequin sparkle (that IS NOT glitter) and the bottom lies flat over the chiffon skirt. The skirt does not have excessive or bunched fabric as is often the case with these mock two-pieces but the lines are just right for a beautiful silhouette. I think the fit was very flattering for this over-50 mom. Most importantly, it was very comfortable to wear for a long night of celebrating and visiting with friends and family. . . sitting, kneeling, bending, standing, dancing - all very comfortable. The back view is a lovely scalloped "V" while the front is higher and a bit more modest. I loved it and felt comfortable therefore, I had a great time. Thanks, Nordstrom, for always having just what I need.

Stunning
This is a stunning-looking dress--very sophisticated. I love the style of the dress for my figure--I am large busted and short waisted so a mock two piece is perfect. The quality of the fabric and construction is excellent. This dress fits me perfectly except for the length which I will have to have shortened. I will bring it in to Nordsrom for that service. Thank you for that.
