Almost, but not perfect for me
Lovely deep navy color and pretty fabric for embellished skirt. Nice transition to the bodice with the built-in sash and pleats at the V-neck. Very comfortable to wear but I returned this since I liked the skirt fabric more than the bodice fabric and didn't like how the sleeves looked on me.

Pretty Mother of Groom Dress
This is a very pretty dress, but the style on my shape was not as flattering as I had hoped.The v-neck and elbow sleeves are wonderful, but the way the skirt flared out a bit below the waist did not flatter my lower half! I used the size chart and found the size 12 fit well, with room to spare so I would say you would be safe to size down if between sizes. It did not work for me, but it is a nice dress.
