Feather Trimmed Off the Shoulder Gown

I bought several gowns for a black tie gala and ended up selecting this one because of its elegance and fit. I received so many compliments throughout the evening on this stunning dress. It is very figure flattering with the material, cut, and slight ruching at the waist. Plus those of us who are self-conscious about our arms, the feathers serve as a nice distraction. I didn’t feel as exposed like when I’ve worn a sleeveless gown. I am in between sizes according to the size chart and went back and forth on either a 10 or 12 and decided on the 12. It was comfortable but not overly large; I think the 10 would have been too tight. For reference, I am 5’3” and 160 pounds. I did have to have this hemmed, but no other alterations were needed.
