Be warned that these shoes are not shipped by Nordstrom, and I don't think I have ever experience a worse shipping experience than having to deal with having Nisolo send me shoes. I originally ordered directly from Nisolo on April 28. After not seeing any update from them the next day, I emailed and texted them for an update. They said that shipping would take 8 to 10 business days, so I cancelled. I then saw that Nordstrom had a much faster estimated shipping timeframe that would allow me to receive the shoes in time for an upcoming trip, so I ordered them. Unfortunately after receiving no updates after my order, I contacted Nordstrom and learned that shipping is fulfilled by Nisolo. I then contacted Nisolo again, who said that it wasn't possible to cancel my order because a shipping label was created. However, they said they would overnight me my shoes so that I would get them in time for my trip. After a few days passed, the original shipping arrived several days early just in time for my trip. I then asked for Nisolo to cancel the other order. Despite being unable to provide a tracking number, they said it couldn't be canceled because a shipping label was created. That can't be true, but who's checking? Then more days pass and it's the day of my trip. I then get a tracking number showing that the replacement shoes are being shipped using an even slower delivery method than the original shipment. It was neither true that Nisolo would promptly ship them nor was it true that they would be overnighted. UPS confirmed that Nisolo could re-direct the shipment back to Nisolo, but Nisolo says they're incapable of doing that. That means I have to deal with a shipment while I'm away. None of their team seems to be talking to each other, and their shipping department is remarkably bad. In sum, do not count on relying on Nisolo for shipping.
