I ordered one pair that was missing stones in obvious places and exchanged for another pair. When those arrived, the new pair ALSO had stones missing and even had some obviously hot-glued back in place. Both pairs were in their factory-sealed bags inside the boxes and did not appear to be resold returned items. Disappointed with the quality of these ALDO shoes and ended up returning the second pair for a refund.

These are breathtaking in person. Love at first sight! The colors of the stones are deep and classy, not tacky or plasticky. Beautiful to look at…then I put them on. I usually get half a size bigger and pointed toe shoes, and that’s even small. It’s a very tight fit with zero toe room left. I would have tried to exchange for a half size bigger, but I don’t think it will get here in time to wear to Wicked this weekend. Get this beauty, but 1 full size bigger than your normal size.
