wanted to love them
I loved everything about this boot. The platform, the heel, the toe shape, everything. But when I put them on, the shaft was gapping at the top of my calf. I have never had this issue before and I do not have “small” calves so it was odd when I noticed the gaps on the sides and back of the top. The fact that this style isn’t the wide is honestly crazy to me! Please make a narrower shaft on this style ):

Wide Calf
I agree with the other reviews about the fit around the calf. Despite being labeled as a regular size, the calf area is noticeably wide and gaping, leaving a lot of space between my leg and the shoe. I have average-sized calves, so I was surprised by how large and loose it feels. Unfortunately, the fit is not flattering or comfortable for me, and I don’t love the overall look as a result. Unfortunate bc the shoes are gorgeous everywhere else.
