not a midi

I’m 5’1 and this dress came 3 inches past the floor! Tooooooooo long. A midi needs to be a midi! Arm holes long. Neck tie is gorgeous but has to be tight to not slump so it is tight. And I have a small neck so I feel sorry for the average person! Gorgeous color. Wish it fit right!
