Small Le Click East/West Leather Shoulder Bag

The actual bag is beautiful and the quality is amazing but the way Nordstrom shipped it was not. Similar to people’s experiences with delivery of other luxury bags, this was missing a dust bag, stuffing, and authenticity card. In addition to those things, the leather Alaia tag was missing from the bag. And this was the second time in two weeks where I had an issue with a luxury bag from Nordstrom (the first one got lost in transit) so I was frustrated. I really wanted to make my purchase through Nordstrom so my points wouldn’t be in the negative but I took this as a sign and returned it. I ended up purchasing this bag from a different department store and I was able to purchase it at a discount and it came with all the items Nordstrom didn’t include!

As the other reviews said.. this has nothing to do with Alaia as a brand. The quality of the bag is amazing. Nordstrom however sent me a bag with no tags and creases, almost like the bag was used prior. Will be returning and purchasing somewhere else
