Awesome product
Great product! Buy It! It changes how you get your hair styled 10/10!! I have weak hands and arthritis in my elbows. If u are struggling physically limited this tool is good for making the task of getting ready so much easier. It is a learning curve understanding how it works, but if u can use a phone u can work the app easily. It gives that just out of the salon feeling every time. I get ready everyday just to use my new Dyson!!
Highly recommend and lot of reviews are over exaggerating. The box is close to the end that goes in wall plug and it is slightly heavy but it sits on floor and you never actually need to pull it up as cord is very long. Do not let it stop you from buying it. It does get very hot which is the point and once you get a hang of it you know how to position it to not get to hot on you.

Died after 10 days
To use the automated i.d. features, you need to download the Dyson app. Began glitching on the second day of use. I have short hair. Was using on medium heat and medium fan. All 6 lights (heat and air) would flash at once and machine would just stop working mid-styling. Happened several times. I googled it and found several users on tiktok with same problem "New Dyson Glitching" One day, it just stopped. I went through multiple trouble shooting sessions with Dyson support. Turns out they know about the problem and thought their most recent update to the app would solve it. Apparently not. I think I'll wait to buy another until the technology is figured out. Before it died, curling barrels had more air power, rubber bristled round brush is much better than the AirWrap complete brush. Smoothing attachment, which I thought was like the AirStrait, is really not at all effective. Supposed to be used on dry hair only to smooth frizzies but doesn't even do that. If you buy it, be sure to buy it from a trusted retailer. If I do repurchase this item again, I will only buy it from Nordstrom. I like their return policy and they won't limit me to 30 days.

Purchased 2 and both malfunctioned
Initial purchase malfunctioned during first use (machine would shut off after 5 min if I changed the attachment mid-use). Assuming it was a one-off faulty device, I returned the item and purchased a second. The exact same issue occurred after 15 minutes of use. The device would shut off and not turn back on for at least 5 min. I was so hopeful this device would exceed my expectations, but I’m so disappointed. I’ve had the original for close to 5 years (and have loved it!) and was willing to pay the high price point if it proved to be an upgrade. I’ve since read on many message boards that this seems to be a common issue with the new model.

not worth it.
I just got the new airwrap and so disappointed the curls didn’t stay for 5 min and my hair looks frizzy. I’m a hair stylist and this one is the worse. I have the blow dryer and works just fine but not the new Airwrap for sure . I’m going to return it. Not recommended.

Needs Better Brush for thick and curly hair
This Dyson air wrap Coanda is pretty much more powerful than the other one. I love the round brush which is smoother, gentler and more controlled. The only downside of the new version is the brush attachment is not suitable for thick and curly hair at all. It doesn’t grip the hair properly, so it’s basically unusable for me. I really hope they also improve the firm version, especially one with longer bristles like the previous models. I also looking forward to the bigger size of round brush for wavy hair that wants less volume. I hope you add these attachments in near future. If it has all the attachments suit for me I would give it 5 star. Thank you.

stopped working after one use
For this price for it to stop working after one use is outrageous. I am having my husband take it to the Dyson repair shop one week after buying it. I don't have any polite words in me to express how annoyed I am.
