Premium Feel and Powerful Performance
I bought my Dyson last August and even though I haven’t used it very frequently, my experience so far has been really good. The performance is impressive — it feels powerful, efficient, and very well designed. It’s also lightweight and easy to use, which makes cleaning quick and hassle-free.
From the times I’ve used it, it works really well on different surfaces and gives a premium feel overall. The only downside is the price, as it is quite expensive, but the quality and performance do reflect that.
Overall, even with limited use, I’m happy with my purchase and it seems like a reliable product that’s built to last.

Died after 10 days
To use the automated i.d. features, you need to download the Dyson app. Began glitching on the second day of use. I have short hair. Was using on medium heat and medium fan. All 6 lights (heat and air) would flash at once and machine would just stop working mid-styling. Happened several times. I googled it and found several users on tiktok with same problem "New Dyson Glitching" One day, it just stopped. I went through multiple trouble shooting sessions with Dyson support. Turns out they know about the problem and thought their most recent update to the app would solve it. Apparently not. I think I'll wait to buy another until the technology is figured out. Before it died, curling barrels had more air power, rubber bristled round brush is much better than the AirWrap complete brush. Smoothing attachment, which I thought was like the AirStrait, is really not at all effective. Supposed to be used on dry hair only to smooth frizzies but doesn't even do that. If you buy it, be sure to buy it from a trusted retailer. If I do repurchase this item again, I will only buy it from Nordstrom. I like their return policy and they won't limit me to 30 days.

Purchased 2 and both malfunctioned
Initial purchase malfunctioned during first use (machine would shut off after 5 min if I changed the attachment mid-use). Assuming it was a one-off faulty device, I returned the item and purchased a second. The exact same issue occurred after 15 minutes of use. The device would shut off and not turn back on for at least 5 min. I was so hopeful this device would exceed my expectations, but I’m so disappointed. I’ve had the original for close to 5 years (and have loved it!) and was willing to pay the high price point if it proved to be an upgrade. I’ve since read on many message boards that this seems to be a common issue with the new model.

not worth it.
I just got the new airwrap and so disappointed the curls didn’t stay for 5 min and my hair looks frizzy. I’m a hair stylist and this one is the worse. I have the blow dryer and works just fine but not the new Airwrap for sure . I’m going to return it. Not recommended.

The very best for thick curly hair
I have very thick curly hair and I have never been able to straighten my hair the Dyson air wrap co-ander it is amazing my hair is shiny and smooth with no frizz. I highly recommend for thick curly hair it's great thank you Dyson I can now manage my hair!

Great features
I honestly love this styler and dryer! I was always bad at curling my hair beforehand, and this has made the whole process so much quicker and easier. The blow-dry function is amazing too. My only issue, is that the diffuser is sold separately and has been unavailable for months. I don't always have time to curl my hair, so it would be great to have this as an option.
