They are comfortable however quite narrow. The one thing I absolutely hate about them is that if you run outdoors the part that has the mesh will allow for dirt and debris to get trapped inside making your shoes look gross and impossible to clean. I recommend staying far away from any light colors however I don’t know if the filth will show up in darker colors. Other than that it’s a very good shoe. I love the heel and arch support I can run for ours with no pain despite having an old fracture that has made it hard for me. It’s a very comfortable shoe unless you have a wide foot because like I mentioned before the narrowness can hurt your toes.
