Air Jordan 1 Retro High Basketball Sneaker (Women)

I was excited to get this order. Unfortunately, the shoe box was smashed it was packed on those polybag. Then the shoes that was sent was both right shoes! Lack of quality control whoever packs this packages. This is the 2nd time it happened to me. Looks like these shoes has been purchased several times and been returned everytime someone gets it due to the wrong shoes. Pls remove these pair until you find the left shoes to match them. Pls see photos.

As a dedicated sneaker and shoe collector, I take pride in maintaining the condition of not just my shoes, but also their original boxes. I recently ordered a pair of Nikes from Nordstrom, and unfortunately, the package arrived damaged. While the shoes themselves were intact, the shoe box was crushed—something that significantly diminishes the value for collectors like myself. Original packaging plays a major role in resale value and overall presentation. If I ever wanted to resell these shoes, the damaged box would make it nearly impossible to receive full value. I expected better shipping protection from a retailer like Nordstrom. I hope Nordstrom will take steps to better secure shipments in the future, especially for customers who treat their purchases as collectibles.

The shoes was absolutely perfect, but I had to return them. After opening the package (plastic shipping) I noticed the box was messed up. I did call the Store that it was sent from the customer service associate assured me that they will try to help me find another pair because of the shipping issue. I never received a call back, after calling multiple times. Customer service for Tyson‘s corner zero stars. Nordstrom customer service was helpful, but they cannot really do anything because I will have to re-purchase the shoes at full price even though I use my Nordstrom note.
