I ordered a 12W but the ankle part is a bit narrow. I had to return them but they were super cute.

I love this Bottie!
Very high quality bootie. Comfortable and worth the price. I am usually a 8.5 or 9 and sometimes boots are too narrow for me so I went with the 8.5 W and fits perfect with a little room for warm socks.

Lovely, sized up half size.
I needed a boot that could be used with professional outfits that had a little grin for slippery outdoor conditions. This boot is beautiful and comfortable. I did have to size up a half size for a more comfortable fit with socks.
