Shoulder strap not adjustable
It was larger than I expected and the extra strap is not long enough to be worn crossbody so I returned it.

Love the look but material is fragile
I ordered the Casablanca medium tote in sandy color. I received it dirty in a few areas but it was able to come off. There were also tears in a few places near the top trim of the handbag. The leather is so thin and fragile that if you bump it against something, the leather will definitely peel off right away so make sure not to hit it against anything or set it on a rough surface. On the plus side, the look is very beautiful for summer and there’s a lot of room for you to put things inside. Someone mentioned that their purse wasn’t able to sit upright but mine was able to without anything inside it.

Casablanca medium tote
One complaint is it does not sit up. Just falls over. But I love the size and the look. Have had many compliments about how cute it is.
