What it is: A cleanser that gives you the benefits of exfoliation with one wash.

What it does: The creamy exfoliating cleanser helps reveal smoother skin. Chemical exfoliants, plus physical exfoliants from biodegradable jojoba beads, help open hydration pathways. The cleanser helps optimize skin's ability to attract and hold moisture. It gives you the benefits of a hydrating cleanse plus physical and chemical exfoliation in one. The multitasking, cleansing exfoliant is an ideal addition to your cleansing regimen two to three times a week. Chemical and physical exfoliation helps clear dull, dry skin from the surface for a fresher appearance and to improve penetration of treatment ingredients that follow. Exfoliation also helps open hydration pathways, as sodium PCA optimizes skin's ability to attract and hold moisture.
How to use: Massage a small amount of the Exfoliating Cleanser over dampened face and neck. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Use 2-3 times a week.

I LOVE Murad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this product! I’ve been using Murad for skincare for years and have loved every product I try. This exfoliating wash has a slight grainy texture to it that you can feel scrubbing away dead skin and debris with each use. It leaves a cooling sensation and your skin is irresistibly smooth. This is a great product to include in your weekly routine to help exfoliate your skin. I highly recommend it.

Not good for normal skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this product, but I’ve been using it for about three weeks now and I’ve noticed no difference in my skin, I’ve actually had more breakouts than usual. It also leaves my skin feeling extremely dry after using. I was also hoping it would help with blackheads on my nose, but I haven’t noticed a difference. It doesn’t have much of a scent, which is the only plus I can think of, unfortunately.

smaller/less than before
Shrinkflation is real. I’ve been buying this for years and put the latest order in as I finish the last of the previous and it is sizably smaller. That makes sense given current economy but this just feels shady and not upfront.

Gentle exfoliation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have combination skin, where my skin is mostly dry except for my oily t-zone. I have seen some improvement in my skin texture since using this product. It provide gentle exfoliation without wrecking the skin’s barrier. I don’t think it does much for breakouts, I don’t usually have much, and they still occur while using this product. The scent is nice, not too overwhelming. I would not rely on it as my only form of exfoliating. I found that I needed milder exfoliation especially for my nose.

Clean and smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser makes my face feel so smooth. I didn't notice any bad reactions or smell when using it. I don't have very sensitive skin, but I would think it's gentle enough for most skin. The bottle says it is hydrating but my face is definitely tight after rinsing and I need moisturizer (which I would have used either way). I like how it seems to lessen my acne and redness when I use it a couple of times a week. I'm left with a clean, smooth face for sure.

It’s alright.

I’ll definitely keep using it though. I will say, it makes my face feel a little softer. The foaming is nice and there is no distinct smell.

Recommended for all skin types!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this item gratis from Influenster and Murad in exchange for my honest review. This is the Hydrating AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser. Not gonna lie, this is one of my all time favorite skin cleansers! The packaging has been changed, but the label is the same color as the old bottle. This product makes your skin so gorgeous and luxurious! It's also super gentle! There's an intensive triple action exfoliator with a proprietary blend of salicylic, lactic, and glycolic acids, which polish away dull, dry skin without irritation. There are also very small exfoliating particles as well. This is not a foaming cleanser. It reveals smoother texture and a brighter, younger looking complexion! Also, make sure you shake the bottle up before dispensing it!! Additionally, it comes out quickly so be prepared for that so you don't waste product!! Definitely recommended!!
