Parker Denim Shorts

I own the regular parker shorts from a few years ago (size 28) and wore them to death. I've been meaning to get a new pair and saw these new low rise ones and I was so excited. I ordered in size 28 and it was a perfect fit right away, so that means when it stretches out with wear, the waist will be slightly bigger which is what I prefer anyway. So if I wanted a more fitted pair, I could've gone down a size. The cotton is super soft and has a worn in feel. The leg opening is not too big, not too tight. I measured my pair, the rise is 9 inches which isn't that low. It isn't like the low rise in the 90's-2000's. My Agolde jeans are usually size 27 for reference. In Mother jeans, I wear 27/28. So I find these shorts TTS because it's meant to be of a more relaxed fit. Hope this helps someone in trying to decide their size.
