a twist on a classic
I have flat wide feet, it’s hard to find comfortable heals, let alone cute ones. I generally wear size 7 or 8. I have a pair of mules size 8 1/2 AGL so I purchased an 8 in these. Once the leather stretched I regretted sizing up. I wore them to a wedding and ended up stuffing the front of the shoes with toilet paper to prevent them from flying off my feet. This actually worked really well! Super comfy, easy to walk in, I was actually sad to take them off to dance (didn’t want to step on anyone not wearing shoes, which was everyone) I purchased the lighter colour for the summer but fully intend on purchasing the black closet to fall!

Classic pump!
Great classic shoe. You have to be willing to break them in though, and certainly at the expense of your feet. I had blisters for a week after breaking them in for two work days straight. That sounds really bad, but they’re so soft and lovely now. Perhaps getting them professionally stretched by a cobbler before wearing would help. But besides one week of having to break them in, I’m glad I bought these.

runs very very small
I have over 20 pairs of AGL and most are a 37. A few are 37.5 since in more recent years shoes have run small with advice to size up. In this shoe I had to size up to a 38, which I’ve never needed to do before. Color is a nice neutral. Not nude but also not pink. More of a bone. Leather is soft. Toe is a bit pointier thank I prefer but still a nice look.

beautiful but uncomfortable
This is a gorgeous and classy looking shoe. But, it’s terribly tight and uncomfortable. I had to return because the shoe was so tight on my toes.
