What it is: A defiantly black, seductively precise liquid eyeliner that delivers strikingly intense, long-lasting, water-resistant color.
What it does: The weightless color applies with smooth precision to create the most intense looks. High-purity carbon black guarantees dramatic and bold color that stays all day yet removes easily with warm water.
How to use: Shake well before use. Apply the eyeliner at the base of your upper lashes. Use a light touch for a fine line. For a thicker line, hold the liner at an angle and apply onto the eyelids using a firmer touch. Store the liner with the tip down for the ultimate color saturation.

dried out after two uses
Avoid like the plague… it only worked for two uses. The color was nice, very black and had good stay power but the formula within the pencil dried out, in less than two weeks, even while being store with the tip down. Don’t waste your money.
