What it is: A floral fragrance of unexpected contrasts, rooted in the poetic tensions between tenderness and strength.
Fragrance story: The fragrance is built around Magnolia, notably an extract of Magnolia Leaf bearing a complex and nuanced aroma profile. Created with long-term collaborator Céline Barel, the nose behind Tacit Eau de Parfum, Aurner bears a unique and quietly subversive floral signature—a defiant bloom. Aurner is designed as an olfactory step within Aesop's aromatic world. Offering a different perspective on floral fragrance—an original bloom in which herbaceous notes contrast with floral accords, sparkling freshness and vibrant woods.

How to use: Apply as desired to wrists and neck. Ideally the fragrance should be sprayed directly onto skin. Love this woody scent
I love all Aesop products and their perfumes but some of their perfumes don't last that long. This one however, lasts all day. It's an unusual woody scent with unusual camomile and citrus notes but I really like the warm scent from the cedar which is like a grown up hug.

Nice, but not for me
I received this as a sample, which is a great way to find out if a fragrance works for me. This has a really lovely fragrance from the bottle, but sadly doesn't mix well with my body chemicals. It made me feel quite ill with a really unpleasantly heavy heady fragrance. Shame.

Nice Parfum
Nice scent. The initial sprayed scent is somewhat intense, but once it settles down, it a beautiful scent, with different notes expressed. First time purchasing this brand and I like it.

Another divine scent from Aesop
Every time I smell this, whether it's in Space.nk, Aesop or at home, I simply adore it. The accuracy that Aesop achieve with woody, aromatic, naturalistic fragrances is enthralling and Aurner is such a favourite woody fragrance for me.
The longevity is exceptional and the projection too, without being wham bam in your face so it could very easily be worn by both someone who likes to stand out for their fragrance as well as someone who prefers something more intimate.
I also really enjoy the chamomile in this, its exceptionally calming and tranquil.
It has to be said, I haven't come across an Aesop scent that I don't like so maybe at this point I am biased but I adore it.

LOVE the scent, wish it last longer
I LOVE this scent and have bought it three times now, but I can't believe it is supposedly and eau de parfum since it doesn't last half as long as many of my eau de toilettes. I love that it is floral and a little woodsy, there's a strong sandalwood scent that comes through on me which I really like, but I have to reapply it at least twice a day and when I do apply it I use more than I have ever used with other scents. Even with this minor frustration I am hooked on the scent and know I will keep coming back again and again to purchase since I really love the smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a sample of this in a spacenk order some time ago. I loved it v woody! Give it to my partner he said "its delightful!" I have knocked a star off for the price. Its natural and unique!
Aesop does gorgeous products. But is v pricey but oh so nicey!

Love this scent
Got this as a sample and I love love love it. My first time trying this brand and it won't be the last! Strong scent which feels rich and something different than my usual floral scents. It's a little pricey so definitely a treat. A couple of sprays lasts all day which is excellent too.
