AERIN Best Sellers Fragrance Discovery Set

I had been searching for samples of Aerin perfumes for a while since I had read good things about them, and while this discovery set offered a good variety, they did not meet my expectations. I feel that these fragrances are for the masses. I tend to gravitate towards more niche perfumes that come from smaller houses, most of which are not carried in department stores - perhaps only to be purchased directly from the department store site? Typically even testers are not available in the stores. I will say that out of all of these I did prefer the rose de grasse. But the rest all seemed to smell the same; with that tinge of mature woman. These discovery sets are worth their weight in gold because blind buys can be pricey and only a few scents are truly bottle worthy.

This discovery set was a fun way to sample a range of soft, wearable scents. A lot of these lean more on the sweet side, and I prefer the more earthy, musky scents. However, there were some hidden gems in here! Amber Musk is warm and sultry with subtle vanilla and tobacco notes. It’s not super strong or long-lasting, but I kept catching cozy little whiffs throughout the day. Definitely my fav! Honeysuckle goes on sweet and a bit strong, but it settles into a really nice vanilla-citrus scent that feels fresh and easy. Hibiscus Palm surprised me in a good way. It’s calming, effortless, and ended up being one of my favorites. Wisteria leaned more old-school floral for me, with a slightly “grandma” vibe. Rose is simple and sweet, just a light floral without much complexity. Not too strong and doesn’t last long. Overall, great if you like softer, close-to-the-skin fragrances and want to explore without committing to a full bottle. This is one of the best fragrance trial sets I have ever tried. Not only did I enjoy each scent, but the collection seems to be very thoughtfully curated. There are scents for several different occasions, whether you are looking for something to wear to the office, going to lunch with friends, or out for a date. You get a good amount to sample for each set, which might help you decide which one(s) you want to grab at full size. I contacted customer support and they advised me to submit a request to not do the review because I never received the product. I was so excited to get this 5 pack of scents from Estee Lauder. Each one is so unique and tantalizing. I found that each scent fit a different vibe and used accordingly.
