Without exaggeration, I ordered 5 strollers in preparation for our overseas trip. I wasn't expecting to like the Joolz Aer so I ordered it last… and it wins hands down for agility and ease of push, lightweight (lighter than the butterfly) comfortable seat, great harness and buckle, great sun canopy, easy and effortless fold and the zipper reclind isnt as annoying as i thought it would be. Love it

Purchased because of the raving opinions online

Stroller feels so cheap. Reclining part was weird. You need to purchase the bar separately. The bottom part where the feet go is so odd. Returning and am highly disappointed as it was highly recommended.

Features not worth the money

I was excited for this stroller as it seemed so recommended online. The only thing good about it was the convenient fold and the extended canopy. The recline feature is cumbersome to operate (have to zip the entire back). Recline options are pretty limited compared to other strollers. The wheels are equivalent to my cheap, disposable umbrella stroller. The product has a strong plastic/new shoe smell coming out of the box. It can pretty much handle going over tile and smooth concrete. But forget it if you need to go over a crack in the concrete or maneuver over a curb. This stroller is pretty much for cruising through the airport or the mall. In summary, besides the cool fold, this stroller is comparable to my very cheap umbrella stroller.

Beautiful but flawed

Was not for us because the upright angle is not upright enough for my kid. Makes them slouch and slide down. And you have to pay for a footrest and belly bar separately?? That is just not right. Its already expensive for this class. The fold is amazing and I liked the weight and the longer seat back. Ultimately my kid is not comfortable so its a no go.

Great Until It Wasn't

I absolutely loved this stroller the first trip I took it on. It was easy to use, lightweight, nice looking and handled like a dream. The bag did rip before we even got into the airport but that was just a small annoyance... once back home I took the stroller out for a quick trip around the block and noticed two of the wheels were dented. Not sure how or why this happened but it did. I went to exchange the stroller at my local Nordstrom and was told I needed to first go through the manufacturer and that I should have been told that when I made the purchase. I was not made aware of this policy. Since our family has a trip planned for the near future, waiting on the manufacturer wasn't an option. I asked if I could return the stroller and was told I would need to go to the original store where it was purchased... after some back and forth the manager was able to process the return. I really do love Nordstrom but their policy, not the employee, was beyond frustrating which compounded the original stroller disappointment.

fantastic fold and agility.

I have grown to love this stroller. But the things that I hated about it from the beginning I really hate several months later. First being the extremely small basket, which I think should be bigger for a true travel stroller. You oughta at least be able to put your diaper bag down there. And my kid really hates the recline function on there with the zipper. It’s so floppy. It ends up being useless because we can’t recline her gently as she’s falling asleep. the fold is really what you’re buying and the light weight at just over 13 pounds. It stands up on its own like a dream even on the beach with a towel underneath it. Wish there were some accessories like a snack tray. Did not like the fact that I had to buy the foot rest separately.. overall great but with some flaws.

Great Travel Stroller

This stroller is so convenient for travel. It is light, a full stroller, folds down compact, and can be pushed effortlessly with one hand. I went on a plane with my <1yr and 3yr old and had the 3yr old on the footboard seat attachment on the back (purchased separately). It worked out great through the airports and I would definitely recommend it. Downsides: 1) You can't fit much in the bottom bin under the stroller, but I have a rather large diaper bag to handle both kids. I would expect this from such a compact travel stroller though and was prepared to carry the bag. 2) It's expensive (even though it is probably on par with others of its kind and has a 10yr transferrable warranty). But all accessories come separate- including the front bar, cup holder, and leg rest.
