Beautiful color. Well made. The fit is great. Much cuter in person. The problem is the ankle strap. I’ve never had an ankle strap that cuts into the ankle like that with just walking around my room. I got a blister from trying them on in my room for five minutes.

Agree with the previous reviews! Those straps are simply killing hurting the ankle🥲 gorgeous shoes and so soft except those stiff straps! Sad! Really wanted to keep the shoes

The ankle strap is painful and uncomfortable. It digs into the back of the heel and makes walking in these shoes near impossible. I almost want to cut them off because the shoe is very cute otherwise.

The strap on this sandal is the worst. I read the other reviews and didn’t understand because I wear this strap all the time with other shoes. the problem I think is because the shoe doesn’t bend. So the strap pulls a lot and digs into to the back of your foot. I returned immediately.

The shoes are beautiful, and the leather is very soft. I've got size 40, but I think I'd be better with 39.5. Size 40 feels a bit wide. As other reviewers mentioned, the strap is a little uncomfortable at the cris-crossing at back. But the strap wasn't a big issue to me. The rubber soil of the shoes is very slippery. I tried the shoes on hard wood floor and on tile. It's like standing on ice, no gripping to the floor. I was planning to wear them on a beach vacation, but since hotels there mostly have tile floors, they probably will be returned. Plus, the shoes don't feel safe to walk on the cobble stone streets either.

The most beautiful and painful sandal I've ever tried to wear. This shoe is absolutely stunning; the function, not so much. Within ten minutes of wearing, the back of my heal had blistered from the strap. This could have been prevented with a thicker ankle strap.
