This eye super charged gel crème feels really nice going on. It is a bit thick but doesn't feel too sticky when applied under the eye area. I use the eye cream daily gentle enough to use morning/night, So nourishing & comforting Wouldn't be without this eye treatment!!! The serum de-puffs my eyes, smoothes my fine lines, and hydrates my eye area!!! I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes.

I opened the package and was shocked with how all the packages were opened with no sealed. I can’t understand how Nordstrom allowed employees to do such Lousy job like this. Very disappointed!

Wish I had never purchased
I purchased this product during the winter. I began having terrible problems with the skin around my eyes burning, chaffing and swelling. Thinking I needed to figure it out I threw away all eye makeup and washed all my brushes, but the problem continued. My eyes would water so badly I couldn't keep eye makeup on. I thought maybe it was just the dryness of the winter or allergies. For some reason I stopped using it, and replaced it with castor oil at night. My eyes got better, but I thought it was because allergy season was lessening a little. 3 nights ago, I pulled the product out and began to use it again. After 2 days, the problem was obvious! My eyes were dry and flaky again, and all products (eye cream, moisturizer etc) burned badly and made my eyes water again. It also made wrinkles appear under my eyes that I never had before. After figuring out the problem, I googled and apparently this is a very common problem among users. Too bad I can't return it and get a refund as it's not cheap. It went to the garbage instantly. I hate to write a bad review, but want others to know if they experience the same issues.

Service not provider as promised
I purchased from Nordstrom online eye cream as a gift for my friend. It was advertised with a free gift box and some samples as well there was an option to write a massage to my friend on the card which I did. I was very disappointed when I came to pick up the purchase from Nordstrom rack and they just gave it to me in brown shipment box which did not present as it was offered above.

Not only Nordstrom delayed my one of my packages, they also shipped the wrong item in another. O when the replacement arrived, it is still the wrong item like the first time , so I gave up. In addition, when sending back the wrong item to Nordstrom, they weren’t able to provide the tracking number after I called about it, the agent answered phone said someone will email me with the tracking but they never did. To this date, I don’t even know if the item I returned has arrived at Nordstrom or not. I never had any problems with other big department stores like Saks Ave and Neiman Marcus . I will not shop with Nordstrom anymore .
