BenBen jacket
It shocks me that Nordstrom would go into a contract with BenBen while sacrificing customer satisfaction. 3 times I ordered this coat. 3 times I was let down. On the 1st attempt I never received the jacket. I got a refund and the agent asked that I let him order on my behalf and pick up from the store. That went as planned but then the XL was too big and the product looked unfinished/rushed. I could literally see the padding in the garment through the armpits. I then ordered a size down and returned the XL. I got an email confirmation that the product has shipped (just like the first time) on Feb 06. Today is Feb 20 and still nothing. Nordstrom could be going down a slippery slope with this type of business association. Why BenBen? Bottom line. This was bad business and should never have happened.
