Adrienne Gathered Satin Strapless Gown

I got this dress for my brother’s wedding for a steal of $60 at my local Nordstrom! I got it in a size XS Plus and the chest area fit slightly big but I usually have this issue with most dresses because I have a very small chest. However it fit perfect on my back and waist (and it is a plus cup size so I expected it to be big) so I decided to get it and perform some minor alterations. According to the alterations team at Nordstrom, just some double sided tape will do because the neckline also helps hide the excess fabric on my chest. The quality of the dress is amazing, I’ve been testing out dresses for the past months and most satin dresses tend to look stained — but not this one. You can tell it’s much better quality than any other $150+ dresses you could get anywhere else. This will definitely last me a long time. I am really grateful for the Nordstrom staff at Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, GA.

Beautiful dress, I had to exhange it a couple of times before I finally just bought a large plus cup. I will have to take it to be tailored before I can wear it. I am generally a size 6, 34DDD. Nordstrom was sold out of the medium plus, the small plus fit great everywhere but the bust. So, just bought the large plus and it fits in the bust and I hope to be able to have it fitted everywhere else. Very forgiving design in the midsection very elegant!

Beautiful dress that fit me like a glove. I’m a size D/DD and between a 10-12. Defin needed the large. Absolutely stunning and makes my curves come out perfectly. I’m around 5’7” or so and length is perfect. Shimmery, scarlet red with nice thick material and feels like satin/silk. Will be wearing it to a few high end events/weddings. Classy style that will go out of style.
