Fantastic dress
This black, sequined dress is perfect in every way. It fits great, and true to size. It's a slimming look. I bought my usual size in Adrianna Papell petites, which is 2P (I am 5'2", 106 pounds, 34-27-34), and the dress fits close to the body. The black sequins are different sizes, which adds a lot of sparkle. The off-the-shoulder style is very flattering. The dress comes to just above the knee, so the look is conservative and balances the extra skin showing at the shoulder and upper chest. There are thick, firm elastic bands that go around the upper arms, which keep the straps in place. There is a long zipper in the back, for ease in taking the dress on and off. The dress has black lining, and is comfortable. You do feel the sequins at the armholes, but it's not a deal-breaker for me. This dress will look great with a pointy-toe, black patent leather pump. It is a great dress for the holidays or any special occasion. Plus, it will be in style for years to come.

Not a great fit
I really wanted to love this dress. I am 5'2", 34, 26, 34, 114 lbs. I ordered 2P and it was too big around the waist and hips and was not flattering on me. I didn't want to go a size down because I felt it would feel too constricting on top. It was also scratchy and stiffer than I expected.

Dress was a success!
I was very satisfied with the black off the shoulder sequin sheath dress. I ordered size 2 and it fit true to size. I wore this dress to a black tie event for 9 hours and it was very comfortable. I wore a black choker and black, satin opera gloves to add a more formal look to it and these accessories complimented the dress very nicely. I received many compliments and this dress attracted a lot of attention throughout the night. I was in a rush and Nordstrom shipped it to through 1-day mail. I had a great experience with this dress and Nordstrom!

Timeless and versatile
Beautiful and well made. This dress fits true to size and has a nice amount of give for dancing. I ordered the Lead color and it is smashing. I am 5'7," 145lbs, 36B, and the size 8 fit comfortably. Love the length, this is a classic!

BEAUTIFUL & FLATTERING!
This dress runs big as it is very stretchy. I normally wear a size 12 but I purchased a size 10 and it fits perfectly! It is a beautiful dress and very flattering! Glad I ordered it!
