Stan Smith Low Top Sneaker

I’m a fan of this shoe since school and that is 52 years ago! I haven’t made a SS purchase because I’ve so many other sneakers that I have. This perfect time with a great sale just made me make an online purchase. As I anxiously waited for my SS’s to arrive my anticipation was through the roof, of course I couldn’t tell my wife I had ordered another pair of tennis shoes (sneakers). When they arrived, I immediately tried the right shoe on and to my surprise, it was tight and my big toe went right to the tip of the front! I knew it was to small, even though I ordered the exact size I ordered for every other shoe I bought. I immediately signed up for the Nordstrom easy return program and boxed up the SS’s in the original perfect shipping box. I was still in need for this shoe so I called customer service and explained that I still wanted the shoe but in half size larger (10.5 to 11). The sale was over but the Customer Service agent, 1st checked if the size and color I wanted was in stock, okayed, then t match the sale price, okayed. He sent to me right away. Here’s my only complaint, the shoes came in those ugly gray postal shipping bags and the Adidas blue and white box was all torn up and luckily the SS’s inside didn’t display any scratches or marks. I keep my shoes in the original boxes in my closet. I keep my shoes orderly and stacked up. My reordered SS’s size 11 fits me nicely. See the pictures of the torn up box the SS’s came in. Otherwise, great service from Nordstrom!
