SL 72 Sneaker

I’ve been a loyal Nordstrom customer for years, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality over the past year, particularly with packaging. On several occasions, I’ve received packages in terrible condition—boxes completely crushed and barely held together with a rubber band. This is incredibly disappointing, especially if the items were intended as gifts. I expect more care and attention to detail from a brand like Nordstrom. Please address this issue to maintain the high standards your customers have come to trust. This is not ok.

Received shoes in a plain white damaged box and shoes had marks on toe area. Looks like they were wore before. I contacted customer services and they seemed to not care about the experience so now I have the inconvenience of not having a gift to give someone and driving to the store to return. Disappointed in Nordstroms customer service

I bout this for me and my 2 year old daughter for our trip to Istanbul which we walked a lot and it’s the most comfortable shoes and also it goes with every outfit.

I already have this in black and I love them so when I saw the brown I had to have it. But I was so disappointed with the pair that I got because the stitching is so uneven as seen in my photos. So sad that I have to return them.

The box came demolished. Like a dog had gotten a hold of it. Surprising for Nordstrom. The shoes are gorgeous but these felt smaller than my red ones.
